This is counting from the moment I hit the Go button for the first level to the moment I land on the final goal platform

Also, a bit of an explanation as to what's going on here -- This run was largely inspired by a glitch MycroProcessor found. The way the level select system is set up, if you hold down the arrow to change the level number, it will gradually increase the number of levels it counts by, going up to four. However, when it does this, it will count up by that amount as long as there is at least one level still accessible over where it is...even if it's counting by more than the amount of levels still left. Also, the amount of levels being skipped only has to do with how long the cursor is being held down, even if it's just clicking on nothing. Essentially what this means is, it's possible to skip up to 3 levels at a time. However the game kinda acts weird when you do this, as the normal level counter for levels available still only increases by one whenever you beat a stage, even if you're several levels ahead of where the level counter is.

However, if you quit & recontinue the save file, the level counter will automatically go to where the game last put you on the level select menu (as long as you didn't choose to exit the stage early (Getting a game over works though!)). What this means is, after doing this level skip glitch, it's necessary to quit & reload the save file for the progress to save. Hopefully that's explained well enough, I'm probably kinda tired at the moment. Anyway, using this interesting glitch, I'm pretty sure I've found the fastest route for progressing through the game.

I sometimes don't go to the furthest level that I can as it's sometimes it's faster to switch to a different level available to me, even if it means dealing with one more stage than I should (some stages are really slow and others are super fast). There are also a few times when I intentionally die, even though it might be faster to reach the goal without dying. The reason for this is I try to find the fastest deaths that would waste the least amount of time in order to keep my lives count low so I can quickly warp with a game over.

All in all I'm rather satisfied with this run. While there were a few minor mistakes I made, I got so lucky in the last few stages where luck is pretty huge.
