A brief video about working with others and why I'm generally not very good at collaboration. As usual, I said a bunch of words without really getting to the heart of the matter, which I think is this: I don't trust other people enough to let them work on my ideas, and I don't trust my ideas enough to hold up to someone else's input. If I do work on something with someone else, I often have to be detached--which means I'm not overly invested and can't give it the attention it might demand or deserve.
Maybe it's something that comes with practice, and maybe it's okay not to get invested in an idea I'm not 100% on board with from the start. But it's definitely something that has the potential to hold me back.
