Turn the Other Cheek" - can it work? As a glasses-wearing kid, I had to find fighting tactics that didn't threaten my eye-wear. The methods I devised weren't intuitive, but they worked suprisingly well. When I learned about the concept of "turning the other cheek", I knew from experience that it wasn't a completely crazy idea.
Teaching the idea to others, however isn't so easy, as it goes against every self-preserving instinct that we hold sacred.
