Trend Following as an Investing or Trading Strategy has been around for decades in the stock market, from the era of Jesse Livermore through to the likes of Mark Minervini. It has become the foundation of most of the modern day trading strategies.

In this video we use a 22 year research study to determine the merits of a simple trend following system, rather than relying on the say so of many.

In theory, trend following is simply following the price of an asset in a certain direction for as long as you can. I hope you enjoy the findings.
