With the sun at -2º + after sunset at Billings, Montana USA at 5:30 PM on Wednesday February 1st (The sun set at 5:19 on that date), there is not one photo that I have found yet that shows the balloon lit up underneath as globealoids say the setting sun lights up the under side of clouds at sun down! I'm sure WheresWobbly will say I'm wrong and doctor up a snap to make a hit video on me!
