Let me know what do you guys think of my idea of reading all the NYT op-eds for a month?

Disclaimer: While The New York Times has shown itself to have unacceptably bad editorial standard, I must note that many other outlets would also platform someone like Tom Cotton unchallenged. It is very likely that Fox News, and other news outlets have done similar things. I'm criticizing The New York Times more specifically as they are supposed to be the "paper of record."
