Note that you will need to do this skip every time you attempt to fight the final boss. You can also just use a normal jumping attack instead of strong if you want.
I couldn't find a tutorial of this out there when I was trying to learn the any% speedrun (ignore the awful run I just finished), so I figured I'd throw this out there for any aspiring speedrunners :)
Also only seems to work on PC
