Sejr Andersen | Does making cards feel overwhelming? Let's start with your pattern paper - Part 5 @SejrAndersen | Uploaded December 2020 | Updated October 2024, 2 hours ago.
Hello everyone!
The first video focuses more on the idea behind this series plus making one card. The next parts will focus on only making cards.
Many times I purchase pattern paper because I love something about it. I get all excited but then something typically happens where I get overwhelmed with what to do with the paper. I start looking online only to feel like I am so far behind the talent that I just put the paper away for another time. Sadly, that time may never come because I may get attracted to another paper pad.
I had recently hit a point where I felt overwhelmed and wanted to give up making cards. I know, I am a little overdramatic, but while in the moment, it feels really strong.
It dawned on me that if I feel like this sometimes, there must be other people who also feel that way and so I decided to create a video to us motivated again to get over that hump.
This series will take us through pulling out that pattern paper, find inspiration and create some cards. If you have this paper pad with you, please feel free to join along and share you stories. I would love to hear from you. If you don't have this paper pad, you are more than welcomed to follow along as well! :)
Thank you for stopping by, and take care!
