The Higuruma Files: WHO Beats Them?

Now Luffy does infact have ALOT of crimes on his record however I do believe he not only could draw Higuruma in with sheer charisma, as Luffy literally has the power to turn his foes into his allies. But Luffy could just flex his Conqueror's Haki and potentially knock him out cold. If you don't think this works and he solos gear 5, that's all fair, but I feel like if Luffy is literally just plopped into Yuji's position, I think he can do this. Ben 10 is interesting here because we actually have seen him debate in court with the literal watchers of the multiverse but now he has to face Mr Aura man in his domain. A cool thought I had here was that maybe Ghost Freak if he were to take over, maybe Higuruma actually could have a chance to specifically exorcise him but, other than this I honestly don't see Ben losing here. He’s genuinely a good person and wants what's best, and honestly Mark here is no better. Mark has made mistakes and indirectly got people killed, but ultimately his hero's journey isn't really one of being a better superhero , but rather being a better man. And a part of that journey is acknowledging what he’s done wrong but Higuruma knows Mark simply does want what's best. So these guys in my opinion get the green light, but what about characters who don't? I’ll let Allons handle that. If you dont think Frieza legit just doesnt scream and that indirectly kills higuruma and blows the planet up, then yes if Frieza is pleaded guilty of his crimes, that boy would be absolutely finished with one touch of the executioner's sword. However, I believe this to be the case for DBZ Frieza rather than Super, as by Super, reality warping and legit breaking the laws of physics are things that by this point the z fighters are very much used to. So to say higher dimensional characters or really most characters with abilities to transcend the very universe, it's very much possible that the executioner's sword wouldn't work. I mean to say the sword literally is an end all be all to EVERYTHING in fiction would be a no limits fallacy so, a line inevitably has to be drawn somewhere here. Especially for someone like Higuruma who can run out of stamina and energy, and still be overwhelmed even despite finding people guilty. It's very much possible for him to get the jump on Space hitler here but it's just as likely for him to be caught lacking, which is something to keep in mind in general for Higuruma Matchups. And now this brings me to my final character, which of course is none other than Goku. I feel like this interaction specifically could be cool especially for Goku’s character, as he’s looked at as this beacon of hope to a lot of us. Yet, in this specific battle against a regular guy, Goku is the one who’s powerless, and must confront his darkest moments. Higuruma of course would bring up Goku murdering Grandpa Gohan which Goku would probably just say he was Great Ape. Goku himself knew he didn't mean to but if Higuruma does try testing Goku and he ends up admitting to fault, then Higuruma more than likely confiscates his ki. However, Goku losing his ki really doesn't matter, even as a child he was surviving bullets and destroying stone so, imagine what a regular human goku would be now by the end of Super. Point being this now turns into the Itadori situation once again, but only now Higuruma does not have the physical advantage, despite being inside the domain. Goku is just way too strong and if we’re being honest Goku is only abiding by these laws because he wants to fight higuruma at his best. Realistically, like I mentioned earlier, Goku probably could fart and that unintentionally would make Higuruma keel over, but even when playing his game, Higuruma could see he knows Goku is a good person. He just mainly wants a good fight and what's best for himself, which Higuruma could maybe use against him by mentioning the Tournament of Power. But Goku obviously never wanted this to happen and like i said if for some reason Goku admits to this crime because he figures Higuruma would be at his strongest, then Higuruma 100% is just going to be the same way he was when fighting Yuji, and absolutely mog on him. Now, with that being said, does Higuruma really solo your verse? Definitely not, but his ability is very niche and specific enough to where he can beat some pretty powerful characters, despite just being a good lawyer along with being an excellent sorcerer.
