Caffeine, the world's most widely use stimulant, usually in coffee and tea forms. No doubt though, that it's one of the, if not THE most, crucial element in stimulant-based pre-workout supplements. Simply put, caffeine can and will get you going. But do these stimulant effects actually translate to greater exercise performance? And if they do, how much do we need and what exercises are they best used for? In a new study by Grgic et al, we dive into the potential use and doses for caffeine.
