When it came out about 5 years ago, the AmazonBasics Internal Frame Backpack got numerous negative reviews both on its product page and in online reviews (one got violent!). Yet somehow it remains one of their highest rated backpacks. Has Amazon heard the cry of its customers and fixed the serious flaw in this backpack's design?
