I realized I've only released four songs this year. I couldn't make more because of my constant, time-consuming need to numb the pain. I hadn't found anything better than heroin to cope with it. Music was my safety net. Heroin was my armor. But I knew that would come a time it won't be nothing anymore than a loss. And losing myself was never the deal, I did it to not to lose me at the first place. Now, I need to accept I won't be me anymore and wanna be excited by a new me. A new year.
