The Doctor lands the TARDIS on an abandoned junkyard planet. As he wanders, he notices that the entire world around him is getting swept away by a giant broom. After escaping the planet, the Doctor receives a transmission that traps him in a pristine white void. The Doctor emerges from the TARDIS and encounters the dreaded World Sweepers of Saniton, the beings that destroyed the junkyard planet. They want to sanitize time and space of any speck of individuality, and who better to start with than the Doctor?
