Showing off two commissions for a 3d printed 12th Doctor's sonic screwdriver. The parts were printed through shapeways and you can get your own set of them here:

They're printed in a white strong and flexible plastic that can be painted and assembled as you see fit - sort of like a model kit. You'll also need five acrylic rods cut to specific lengths (noted in the description) for the emitter section.
The electronics are a custom light and sound board hooked up to five LED's, done by RPF (Replica Prop Forum) member 13doctorwho, which he designed specifically to fit into my model.
