Wire Fox Terrier puppies - there were six of them, but unfortunately four died in the first two days because they were born premature.
- Unlucky, the first one, was already dead when he came out.
- Doctor died exactly 24 hours after he was born. We stood up all night trying to feed him, but he wouldn't swallow anything. Water and sugar had no effect either.
- Sherlock, he's now alive and well. He was in the same condition as Doctor, but water and sugar gave him enough strenght to start sucking milk. He even had pneumonia ab ingestis, but he managed just fine with antibiotics.
- Stuck, she was already dead from the start and blocked her two sisters inside.
- Badaboom, she was born by Caesarean but died after a couple of minutes.
- Zoe, born by Caesarean and now alive and well.

My dog Piper had a few problems during and after labour, but she's now well and running around as well!
