A San Diego doctor charged in connection with Matthew Perry's fatal overdose has pleaded guilty to conspiring to distribute the surgical anesthetic ketamine. Dr. Mark Chavez entered the plea Wednesday in a Los Angeles federal court. Oct. 2, 2024.
