Question 340: Is it not that "happiness" is of 2 types?
One being worldly happiness based upon transient conditions, thus not lasting.,
The second type not based upon the mundane conditions, and thus stable and safe?

Question 341:
A: How do we gladden the mind during meditation without falling into the trappings of pleasurable
sensations and/or gratitude for falsities like personal safety and wellbeing in short, all that is impermanent?
B: On what should we meditate to gladden the mind?
C: And why? If we are to then relinquish and set it free, why does it need gladdening?
