This is my go to setting routine for my under eyes, which I do every single time I wear concealer. I find that if I don't, my concealer moves, creases and cracks, no matter the formula.
This is a discontinued brush, but any fluffy, smaller brush will do.
And yes, I find this works on all ages. I will be posting a look I did on lovely 72 year old client soon, and I used this same powder and technique with her as well.
