This guy harassed a woman as she was walking down Flameborough Street on Saturday 15th October at 14.20hours. Even though he was repeatedly told she did not want him following her he eventually blocked her path and laid hands on her. At that point I intervened and told him what he was doing was illegal. She then managed to get away from him towards the DLR station as I engaged him in conversation. His only answer to my observations about his criminal behaviour was to tell me, "Mind your own business." to which my response was his sort of behaviour in a public place was my business.
