1. Cut 5 strips of cardstock wide enough to fit the die
2. Add colour to 4, leave one white
3. Cut the die 5 times from each strip (25 total)
4. Separate 'nesting' frames by size
5. Cut circles to act as backers
6. Add glue to a backer and add different colour frames to create 'targets'
7. Pop them up and add them to a card
8. Finish with a die cut sentiment
