Do you ever feel this way as a youth baseball or softball coach? I’ve gotten emails from parents in the past expressing their feelings of impostor syndrome for coaching, and my best piece of advice is that if you’re patient and encouraging and willing to keep learning just like your players are, then you’re gonna do great. Get out there and coach. I google things too…and I watch videos by many other instructors - this game is SO complex! Keep learning

…also I sometimes google things then find a video I made years ago explaining it…back to myself…that’s always weird 😂
