Matthew King of the channel "The Music Professor" made a really interesting video about Chopin's famous Prelude in E minor, Opus 28 nr.4. I really enjoyed watching it. But I have my serious doubts about the comment Matthew made. His claim that the use of Cut Time in this piece means we play this prelude way too slow conflicts with the actual facts of notation.
