70-80% of my art is just painting the same things again and again. Same types of subjects. Same places. This is what I love to paint. It becomes part of my style and who I am as an artist. The other percentage is me experimenting, trying new subjects that I thought looked cool, and whatever else I wanted to paint at the time. But it’s repetition and consistency that gets me where I want to go.
