Most people donโt realize how much their posture can affect the way they breathe, move, and feel throughout the day. In this video, Iโll show you a simple 30-second movement that helps open the chest, improve shoulder position, encourage deeper breathing, reduce tension through the neck and upper back, and wake up the postural muscles that help keep your body upright. By rolling the shoulders up, back, and down, you can create more space through the chest and rib cage, improve awareness of your posture, and help your body move out of that constant rounded-forward position caused by phones, computers, driving, and sitting. This simple reset can also help you feel more alert, relaxed, and physically open. Try it several times throughout the day, especially after sitting or looking down at your phone, and notice how different your body feels. Small habits practiced consistently can make a powerful difference in the way you move, breathe, and function.
