Thanks to the commenters, this record has been identified: it's a cover of Band Aid's "Do They Know It's Christmas?" by the Bouncing Souls, a pop-punk band from New Jersey, and Weston, a pop-punk / indie rock band from Bethlehem, PA, released in 1994 on an unlabeled 7" 33⅓ RPM red vinyl record (they also made some on black vinyl).

The other side contains covers of "Video Killed the Radio Star" by Weston and "Kids in America" by the Bouncing Souls.
