Here's a challenging problem for all the precalculus students. Let 1, w1, w2, w3, w4 be the distinct roots of x^5=1. What is the value of (1-w1)(1-w2)(1-w3)(1-w4)? Note that the answer is NOT 0 since the w's are not equal to 1. So, what's the answer?
