I rarely Pre-Order games and especially from Game.co.uk but this was the only way to get the Silent Hill 2 steelbook. I love the franchise and was over the moon to see it was going to have an exclusive steelbook.
But my whole experience with this company has been horrendous. I'm just putting this awfully made quick video out for a warning to others, that if this happens to your... well it seems like your out of luck.
