In this video I look into Boost Packs. Particularly the VTOMAN V6 and the GOOLOO A2
Do they have a place on a boat? I think they do when charged under supervision. They can start your engine even if you accidently discharged your ships batteries. This can make it unnecessary to have a dedicated starter battery
