Holding constant that access to mental health professionals has financial barriers, there is a huge stigma associated with counseling, and I think it's unwarranted.

It is my opinion that everyone could benefit from seeing a mental health professional. If you have access to a counselor, and can afford to see one, you are already over the two biggest hurdles. What is stopping you from taking the next step?
