D'Lite Instructional
Welcome to the instructional video for the Burley D'Lite.
Out of the box the D'Lite arrives in its folded position.
To assemble the D'Lite, first remove the contents and start by attaching the wheels.
They will lock in and out of place using the "push" button in the middle.
Now lock the trailer into its upright position. Reach in through the back, grab the aluminum frame, and pull it towards you.
Then, using two hands, snap it firmly into place.
Next install the tow bar clamps, which double as wheel guards. Match the wheel guard hole to the hole in the tow bar receiver, and insert the bolt from the top. Be sure to tighten the nut securely using the provided hex key and a 10mm wrench.
To adjust the handlebar, unlock it by pulling the tab, adjust the bar to the desired position, and lock it back in place.
To install the flag, press it firmly into its slot. The flag can be adjusted to remain upright, regardless of the handlebars position.
To adjust the sunscreen, locate the black cords on either side of the front window, and pull them down to the desired height.
Your D'Lite can be folded by pressing upwards on both red hinges simultaneously. This will unlock the frame, allowing the trailer to fall flat.
To convert the D'Lite to a cargo carrier, lower the child the seat by releasing the 4 four clips. The D'Lite can safely carry 100 lbs of cargo. Replace the four clips to return to child mode when needed.
The tow-bar clamp is unlocked by pressing the metal buttons on the end and pulling outwards.
The tow-bar or stroller kit can then be easily inserted and locked into place.
