This video shows my Keysight U3401A going a bit wonky after measuring the resistance of an inductive load, in this case a small transformer.

UPDATE: After making this video Keysight confirmed to me that this is a known issue with this particular model. It's not a fault but it can happen when measuring certain inductive parts. They recommended power cycling the meter whenever it happens.
