This Video was made before 4.1 when atramedes was actual content and before he got nerfed badly. Nowadays you dont need gongs for searing flames and can do it with 10 air phases. but even with that i dont get him lower than 50% before i run out of gongs. outhealing him is a joke since 4.2 (-20% dmg rofl)
many people asked me to upload Atramedes even if its a wipe. so i just found the files and got one of my best trys there. my best try actually was 91% after i improved my playstyle at the air phase.
i made many faults in this try but i just died because there were no gongs left.
many forums said the gongs respawn on non heroic mode... seems like they dont do.
i think that this could be soloable as hunter if he doesnt reset when using feign death, need to test this soon.
