Make the long walk to the end of Salinas Beach at the most Southern point of Ibiza and you will find the iconic Sa Trinxa beach Bar. Locals and those in the know come to hear the man who has been resident at the bar for many years - Jon Sa Trinxa play his wild mix of Balearic staples, covers and uncovered gems across many tempos. Often playing for over 8 hrs we took a 90 minute snapshot of Jon in uptempo mode as the sun was dipping. Watch and enjoy a different side of Ibiza.
