On February 20th DJI files a lawsuit with the Ninth Circuit of Appeals alleging that the FCC is overreaching with their current refusal to consider any DJI application for approval. I applaud DJI for this move and think they have a good chance of winning the lawsuit. In this video I provide a little more background and explain the reasoning behind the move.
