Friendly Review of the DJI Ronin S (bit.ly/2yDJIr8) FW Updates from June 2018 (version 1.2.0.10) and from July 2018 (version 1.3.0.20). The camera compatibility has been expanded:
Canon 5D MKIV - Auto Focus & Focus Follow
Nikon D850, Nikon D5 - Auto Focus & Focus Follow
Panasonic GH3, GH4, GH5/GH5S - Auto Focus
Some issues and bugs were fixed as well:
Sony - Create features where photos were lost
RSS-IR Cable: Improved stability, Optimized IR Control, & App Update v1.1.2 for selectable IR camera type (Sony, Nikon, Canon)
Micro stutter during quick rotations
Roll error while panning
Allow for a tilted balance test to check the pan motor
Enhanced smoothtrack when 'push' is enabled
Motionlapse - better long exposure quality
Trigger slow response time
