Mod that Mavic! This is a new video showing how I install the dual battery mod into the DJI Mavic. This requires a bit of time and skill, you will open the shell, cut out some supports, drill some holes, solder some wires, epoxy in place and close things back up.
The reason for the mod is to extend flight times. Many will try and tell you this doesnt work, or isn't worth it. Thats bunk. The mod works, and works VERY well. You can expect 30+ minute flight times with the right battery combinations.
