This special usb cable allow you disable usb charging when connected to android device (tested on Samsung Note 8 and china brand tablet, it show charging but actually not, may be charging at 0.01a), you also can switch on usb charging when needed

USB port output 5.19V when idle and 5.10V when charging at 0.45A
