Hey everyone! You know I'm all about action cameras. I've been using them for years, and DJI has always been a brand I've trusted. So naturally, I was hyped for the Action 5 Pro!
But honestly? It's been a mixed bag. There are some awesome features, but the flaws are hard to ignore. I've made a bunch of videos about this, comparing it to other cameras and really digging into the pros and cons.
And guess what? DJI actually reached out to me! They said they liked my videos and wanted to have a "closer dialogue." I was SO excited, thinking this could be the start of something cool.
But then... they ghosted me! 🦗 After a few emails, radio silence.
Finally, they got back to me with a super short, generic response. Is this how DJI treats its customers? Is this how they deal with people who are having issues with the Action 5 Pro?
I'm not giving up though! I'm gonna keep pushing for answers and keep making honest reviews.
