This is a free DIY tutorial to make your own visor therefore there are no printable pattern pieces. I show you how to create the bill pattern pieces (for the fabric cuts and the stabilizer cut) within this video and then give the band measurement, but that is based on MY head size (which measures 22” around) so you’ll need to adjust accordingly based on your head size.
Here are the cuts needed:
-(2) band pieces 20”w x 2½”h
-(2) connector/velcro tabs 4”w x 2½”h
-(1) bill stabilizer using your favorite hat as a guide
-(2) bill fabric pieces (a ¼” seam allowance added to your bill stabilizer tracing)
-(1) ¾” wide velcro cut 3” long
* The floral fabric I used is a cotton woven fabric called Wildwood Garden party in navy
* My favorite medium weight woven interfacing is called Pixie Fuse Premium from Royal Pixie Custom Fabrics found here: royalpixiefabric.com
* The 2mm closed cell adhesive foam is from Yellowstone Custom fabric found here: yellowstonecustomleather.com/product/yeltex-foam-2mm-18x51-sheet
