How to make unicorn horn lip balm. in this diy tutorial, I show how to make this cute felt unicorn lip balm wrap. this video tutorial is very easy to make and can you can replace the lip balm with your favorite lipstick.
In this tutorial, I used a lip balm with a long cap like Labello but if you want to use Chapstick you will need to put the part with balm in the unicorn horn and leave the cap outside.
