Just an fyi, I use purple shampoo 2-3 times a week to help combat the brass. Make sure you have some kind of deep conditioner, leave-in conditioner, hair mask, argan oil etc. to put on your hair right after you bleach/tone it. My hair feels totally normal because I take care of it. tl;dr treat your hair how you want to be treated X)
