RECIPE
1 cup baking soda
1 tbsp Jojoba oil
1/3 cup corn starch
1/3 cup cream of tartar
1 cup SLSA
1/2 cup glycerine for Soft Bubble Dough OR 1/3 cup for Hard Bubble Bar
Few drops of fragrance
Food or soap coloring to preference
