First successful testrun of my DIY Soldering Robot. I use the TS100 Soldering iron with a custom (3D printed) holder. See thingiverse.com/thing:3208948 for more details. The solder wire is pushed by a modified filament extruder and guided through a PTFE tube. The Gcode was created manually (but Cura is also an option). There are many more tests to be done, currently the success-rate is between 60-80%, which is great for the 20h only spend on this project so far..
Please subscribe to stay updated, as there will be many further videos and tutorials. Cheers
