Materials needed for this project:
- Blue Felt (I used four 9”x1.25” strips but yours will vary with the size of your plush toy)
- White embroidery floss
- Martha Stewart All Purpose Scissors
- Martha Stewart Precision Scissors
- Embroidery needle
- Measuring tape
- A ruler
- Pipe cleaners
- Optional: Paper and a pencil for making a paper template if you need one.
