DIY Soldering Fume Extractor for Soldering with Adjustable Lighting!

Don't we all enjoy soldering? While designing our own PCB for our project is exciting, there are a few things to keep in mind as we solder the components onto it.

We are exposed to lead while soldering. Inhaling the fumes can also cause long-term health problems, such as digestive problems, memory and concentration problems, muscle and joint pain, and so on.

So, having adequate light and a fume extractor to remove the smoke while soldering is extremely important! For your own safety and the safety of others, use a fume extractor. An old PC fan and this 12V LED strip will be used to create a soldering fume extractor in the video below.
