Happy Friday and welcome back to my channel. As you guys know, I started out on YT with DIY beauty because I couldn't afford the higher end stuff; and after years of sponsorships and blowing money on higher end products--I find that skin care is only as good as what you decide to put in it. Not all higher end stuff is bad though, there is some intense science that goes behind it. However, sometimes not all of us have the budget for it either. DIY beauty is great, don't get me wrong--but it's only great for as long as it will keep and sometimes you end up spending more on the supplies, throwing it out, than you would if you had just invested into a higher end brand. It's always a trade-off, right? I don't knock the beauty industry, and I won't knock natural beauty regimens either. I think both are great--you just gotta find what works for you. I honestly think a balance of both is crucial especially if you have chronic skin problems!
For me, I was having a really difficult time finding an exfoliating scrub that I liked, worked and didn't break the bank. After, some major searching--I decided maybe making one would be better. I honestly came into this little project pre-determined to hate this scrub. Honestly, I haven't seen or found a recipe that I liked; or had proven REAL results. Yet, after tinkering around a bit and after feeling how luxurious it felt on my face; I decided to stick to it on a weekly basis. I soon came to really love this scrub, and found that it was a superpower scrub!!!! I was so excited about how wonderful it worked, and I wanted to share it with you guys because of how awesome it is!
Anyways, pardon my enthusiasm!! I'm just so happy that something worked and was hoping maybe it would work or help you guys too. Again, hope you guys enjoyed the video and thanks for sticking by me!
