Today on Modern Builds I'm converting the old barn on my new Joshua Tree property into my new DIY / WOODWORKING Workshop!! In this episode I pour a new concrete slab, fix structural problems, add polycarbonate clerestory / transom windows, insulate EVERYTHING, and lined the interior of the garage with plywood. This is an exciting undertaking and episode 2 will be out soon!
