In this week's decoupage video, I show you how to use Matte Medium to decoupage both napkins and lace over glass, a salvaged window to be exact. You may know that Upcycle with decoupage is my favorite sport, ok, hobby. So I'm all too happy to turn a piece of something that would have otherwise ended up in the dump, into a useful piece of art. Repostionable Glue Stick, Lace Table Cloth or lace, Tiny wired white lights, thumb tacks, small curved scissors, and an Angled brush
