In this tutorial Im going to show you how to make Kendall's 21 birthday dress. This dress is perfect for new years eve and some requested this tutorial for that occasion.

I didn't care about the finishing for this dress because I'm not going to wear it. I'm not going to spend money for just a video. Finish the edges with a hem or add lining.

As mentioned in the video you will need metallic- or crystal mesh fabric and also chains, closers et cetera check her photos as reference.
