I've been seeing a lot of shirred clothing suddenly pop up in the fashion world! Shirred tops and shirred dresses seem to be a BIG hit right now, especially paired with micro florals, gingham and polka dots. And don't forget that square neckline. Luckily it suits my new "French style" very well indeed!
In this video I am going to show you how to flip last-season's oversized off-shoulder shirt into this season's square-neck shirred blouse, with puffy sleeves! (Inspired by this Reformation top: thereformation.com/products/clementine-top that is sadly way outside my budget)
